Terms of Service

By booking with Royal Malwa Travels, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings & confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after a written confirmation on WhatsApp / call from our team. Quoted fares are valid for the date and route shared.

We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer. A small advance may be required for outstation and group bookings; balance is payable at the end of the trip.

Free reschedule up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellation charges may apply for late cancellations on outstation and group routes.

All drivers are verified and experienced. Vehicle category is honoured; in rare cases an equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be provided.

Royal Malwa Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our control.
